More than 100 foreign nationals have been charged with murders and rapes in the West Midlands in less than four years, a Birmingham Mail investigation has discovered.
Thirty-two of the 93 foreigners arrested on suspicion of murder since 2009 were later charged.
They included Lithuanian Rimvydas Liorancas, who brutally murdered Carole and Avtar Kolar at their Handsworth Wood home in January last year.
