Funds to help prevent crime have been cut by £25m in the last three years, a Freedom of Information request has revealed.

Money for crime prevention has been slashed by 60 per cent since David Cameron came to power, the Sunday People has revealed.
New figures obtained under freedom of information laws show community safety funding has been cut from nearly £58million in 2010 to £23million now.
This comes on top of 15,000 police officers losing their jobs.
