The Environmental Protection Agency exists to protect human health and the environments that we live in.
Its missions include ensuring “all Americans are protected from significant risks to human health and the environment where they live, learn and work” and that “national efforts to reduce environmental risk are based on the best available scientific information”.
Unfortunately its not winning any points for protecting the mental health of would-be FOIA requesters as all of its regional offices use the same webform for making requests.
