A 15-year-old boy caught driving illegally in Hull is among dozens of people who have been Tasered by police this year, data shows.
Officers fired the non-lethal, 50-000-volt weapon at the schoolboy when the “detained driver” became violent towards officers, according to Humberside Police.
The revelation was revealed in response to a request for data regarding Taser usage that was submitted to the force by the Mail under to the Freedom of Information Act.
