Hundreds of families have been given information about paedophiles under Sarah’s law, a Freedom of Information request has revealed. 

The Sun report:

HUNDREDS of kids have been protected from sex beasts because of a new law brought in after a Sun campaign.

Figures obtained by The Sun show police have been forced to disclose information about paedophiles to concerned parents in 635 cases since Sarah’s Law was introduced in 2011.

It means every day the legislation has helped to unmask one sex offender who has wormed his way into a child’s life.
