Dead bugs and out-of-date meats are just some of the horrors found in hospital kitchens, a Sunday People probe can reveal.

The insects were discovered in lights at a Buckinghamshire hospital which also had dirty screens and cobwebs in a cooker extractor.

Inspectors unearthed beef, pork and chicken passed its use-by date at a hospital in Swansea.
