More than 1,000 doctors are being allowed to practise despite convictions for offences such as sex attacks, possessing child abuse images and violence.
Other crimes committed include drug dealing, fraud, causing death by dangerous driving, perverting the course of justice, cruelty to a child, riot and possessing a weapon.
