A second motorist was today revealed as having a massive 48 PENALTY POINTS but who is still driving on Britain’s roads.

The man was given a ban by the courts but persistently flouts the law by giving police false information about his past convictions.

The unnamed driver, from Birmingham, is the second person to be identified with 48 points after Abdul Salam, 31, was unmasked in May.
