FOI reveals Liverpool fire crews late in attending 600 serious fires

Merseyside fire engines have been late arriving at more than 600 serious fires in the last four years, the ECHO can reveal.

The fire service has been delayed getting to a total of 607 primary fires, which are described as fires “involving casualties, rescues, or any fire attended by five or more appliances”.
