More than 130 doctors have been allowed to carry on working despite serious errors – including fatal diagnoses, botched ops and the sexual abuse of patients.
A Sunday Mirror investigation has uncovered shocking details in a series of Freedom of Information requests to the General Medical Council.
It found the GMC issued 134 warnings to doctors considered to have breached professional guidelines.
