More than one in 10 burglary investigations are being closed on the same day they are reported to one Welsh police force.

Figures released in response to a freedom of information request show 507 burglaries were given an outcome of “investigation complete, no suspect identified” by North Wales Police on the same date they were recorded as crimes in the 2014-15 financial year.
