THREE security breaches at navy bases in the Portsmouth area have been revealed.

The Royal Navy admitted two incursions at HM Naval Base Portsmouth and one at HMS Sultan in Gosport between 2013 and this year.

On January 12 three civilians were seen to have inadvertently gained access to HMNB Portsmouth via an open gate by HMS Victory.
