FOI reveals Welsh NHS workers report 10,000 concerns of lack of qualified staff

Since 2012, 10,395 official staff reports have been made to health board bosses in Wales.

The Welsh Government says since 1999 the total number of staff working in the Welsh NHS has increased by a third.
