On February 4th a gathering of all those interested in FOI is taking place in London.

The evening is being held for anyone with in an interested in the Freedom of Information Act in the UK. Whether you’re an FOI officer, data practitioner, journalist or just have an interested in the Act.

The venue will be just seconds from London Euston Station at the Bree Louise Pub and you’ll be able to talk with others interested in FOI in an informal atmosphere, have some food (and there is the potential for alcohol to be consumed).

There’s also a rumour that the Information Commissioner himself will be attending – actually I’ve just made that up, but it sounds good.

The marvellous @FOIKid has organised the tweetup, the table is booked under the FOIKid twitter name, and the details are as follows:

Monday February 4th – 6pm onwards

The  Bree Louise Pub (thebreelouise.com)

69 Cobourg Street
