The Manchester Evening News report:

Greater Manchester Police have sold off 34 police stations in the last decade – raking in nearly £17m.

Four of the deals, including the recent sale of Grey Mare Lane police station in Beswick, have topped the £1m mark.

Other smaller stations went for much less, including Brinnington (£33,000) and Chorlton (£100,000) following their closures.
