Children under-10 have committed almost 400 offences in the Thames Valley area a Freedom of Information request has revealed. 

The BBC report:

Children aged under 10 committed 379 offences in the Thames Valley region over the last three years, figures obtained by the BBC have shown.

Those responsible fall under the age of criminality and cannot be prosecuted.

The offences included a sexual assault by a four-year-old, and a nine-year-old caught in possession of a firearm.
