The government’s new group which will review the Freedom of Information Act, isn’t covered by the FOI Act itself. 

As the body’s hypocritical website says: 
FOI commissionAlthough all may not be lost as the Commission is an advisory non-departmental public body, which is sponsored by the Cabinet Office. Good luck in getting anything out of them though.
