The government’s FOI Commission isn’t covered by FOI

The government’s new group which will review the Freedom of Information Act, isn’t covered by the FOI Act itself. 

As the body’s hypocritical website says: 
Although all may not be lost as the Commission is an advisory non-departmental public body, which is sponsored by the Cabinet Office. Good luck in getting anything out of them though.
