LBC has obtained new figures which show that passenger lifts on London Underground have been closed for long periods of time because of a lack of available staff.

LBC’s Political Editor Theo Usherwood has the story.

“I can reveal that lifts have been closed at stations across the underground network for a total of more than 400 hours during the course of 2013 because staff were not available.
