The toddler and his two siblings were caught after going into a Boots store in Wallington, south London, with their parents just before Christmas last year, a Freedom of Information request showed.
The three children and their parents were caught after they stole a string of items from the store.
The children “entered a shop (Boots) with a man and a woman” and were “spotted loading items into a bag before leaving the shop”, police said.
