MORE than 100 people have requested information about paedophiles from Avon and Somerset Police in the last year.

The figures, obtained through a Freedom of Information (FoI) request, show that 101 concerned parents, carers and guardians contacted the force about suspected paedophiles in 2014, and 30 more requests were lodged between January and April.
