The House authorities are chasing 28 MPs who have dodged bills for wining, dining and entertaining in Parliament’s restaurants and bars.
A total of £2,670 has been outstanding for the past three months.
The Taxpayers’ Alliance says it is “simply unacceptable” that MPs leave their debts to the public purse for so long.
