early £4m of compensation has been paid out to victims of crime in Tayside over the last five years.
Freedom of Information figures obtained by the Evening Telegraph have revealed that people whose health was affected by crime in Dundee and Angus since April 2009 have won £3,926,124 from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA).
