THE integrity of a councillor “must be investigated” after a freedom of information request revealed “questionable expense claims”, a former councillor has said.

However, the councillor involved says he has paid back the money in question and will not resign over the matter.

At the Torridge District Council Annual General Meeting on Monday, April 28, John Lewis spoke of his concerns about district councillor Andy Boyd.
