An 80 per cent rise in the number of cases across Oxfordshire of people flashing genitals has been dubbed ‘troubling’ by the head of an Oxford campaign group.

A Freedom of Information request sent by the Guardian to Thames Valley Police revealed the were 113 incidents of intentional exposure of genitals in the county reported from September 2014 to August this year.
