Wales Online report:

Hundreds of vulnerable children in the care of social services in Wales – including babies less than a year old – are going missing and being left at risk of abuse, we can reveal.

At least 221 “looked after” children were reported missing over the last two years, with some disappearing as many as 20 times. Many were unaccounted for over several months.
