TAXPAYERS are being forced to foot the bill for 120 brand new flat screen televisions every month for criminals locked up in Scotland’s prisons.

Prison bosses ordered almost 5,700 new LED televisions for convicted rapists, paedophiles and murderers to enjoy while serving time in jails over the course of the past three years.
