The Telegraph report:

Souvenir shops in the Palace of Westminster sell the £30.50 ornamental jugs depicting the heads and shoulders of Prime Ministers going back to Neville Chamberlain.

Many are bought by MPs, peers or visitors as mementoes for family and friends. Each jug stands at around four inches tall.

But anyone hoping to use one of the jugs to make an evening drink would be struggling to do so because of a lack of a hole in the spout.
