The Telegraph report:

Lord King was presented with a £10,000 copy of a painting of himself, a £2,505 replica bust of German writer Johann von Goethe and a silver napkin ring costing £597.

More than £13,000 was also spent on retirement parties for Lord King, including £1,501 on flowers and invitations.

The gifts and parties were all paid for by the Bank, which is publicly owned.
