Michael Gove has written to the Information Commissioner in an open letter complaining about the information which is to be published about free schools.
It was ruled that the Department for Education should publish the details of those who want to set up free schools.
Rather than appealing the decision Gove has decided to politicise the issue by writing to the Information Commissioner.
