Ministry of Justice staff keep jobs after being found guilty of serious offences, Freedom of Information act reveals

Hundreds of Ministry of Justice staff who have been ‘found guilty of serious offences have kept their jobs a Freedom of Information request has found.

Although from the minimal details in the article it doesn’t say if they were found guilty by a court of law, an internal disciplinary pannel or some made up system of justice.

Potentially very misleading.

The Sun report:

About 783 of the 976 employees who faced misconduct hearings received just a slap on the wrist.

Offences included corruption, fraud, trafficking and sexist and racist behaviour.
