A crackdown has been urged on employers flouting the National Minimum Wage (NMW) as new figures revealed no prosecutions were brought last year, despite a significant rise in under-payments.

Plaid Cymru leader Leanne Wood said the time for a softly, softly approach on the issue is long gone.

The South Wales Central AM said prosecutions were needed against rogue employers as it was revealed that more workers in Wales were not paid the NMW during 2013-14.
