NHS 111 Helpline cost the taxpayer 33 million in one year to run, FOI reveals

NHS England released figures in a recent Freedom of Information request detailing the breakdown of how much we the tax payer spend on running the NHS 111 Helpline.

The 111 service has been plagued by hassles and many claim it is impossible to use.
