A 6-year-old vandal and a 9-year-old suspected rapist were among under 10s caught by Cambridgeshire police and children aged 9 are among thousands of youngsters frisked on the streets by officers.
Shock data has revealed suspected 16 crimes committed by children last year who are under the age of criminal responsibility.
Crimes suspected of being committed by the under 10s include theft, sexual assault and rape.
