The UK’s Supreme Court will next week rule whether lobbying letters sent by Prince Charles should be released.
The case focuses on a number of letters that Charles has sent to government ministers and express his views.
Guardian journalist Rob Evans made the request for the letters and the subsequent legal battle has seen the government lose multiple decisions
It has been one of the most high profile FOI cases since the Act came into force in 2005.
The Supreme Court announced that the ruling would be handed down next Wednesday, on Twitter.
